I began my career not in a classroom but in a factory — as a New Product Development Engineer at ILJIN Bearing, designing automotive components and learning how precision engineering works from the ground up. That rigour never left me.

From there I moved to Accenture, where I spent nearly three years as an Analytics and Modelling Associate — analyzing engine teardown reports for Pratt & Whitney Canada, building predictive models, and learning how data-driven decisions get made inside large, complex organizations. Then Honeywell, where I sharpened my project management skills and earned my Professional Scrum Master certification. The pivot came when I encountered Montessori — not as a teaching style, but as a science of human development. I earned my AMI Diploma and went all in. As Head of School at Vruksha International School of Montessori, I led the establishment of a chain of 23 Montessori Environments across India, developed a full Learning Management System during covid-19, was a keystone in setting up an AMI international training centre, and an ERD Kinder programme.

Then, as Director at Gardenia Scuola Montessori India, I led end-to-end school establishment — from vision to daily operations — achieving financial independence in record time through strategic outreach and lean management. I blended IGCSE benchmarks with Montessori's student-centric philosophy to create something genuinely distinctive.

Today, I am the founder of Arkvana International Montessori School on the OMR Corridor in Chennai — a premium, AMI-aligned environment for children aged 1 to 6. Everything I have built, learned, and led is distilled into what Arkvana is becoming.
